How my journey began.
Elise Arndt has been an entertainer since she was very young. This came as no surprise to her family as she is the granddaughter of a Broadway star and a professional musician. She started performing at an arts school in Orange County, CA and then went on to American University in Washington D.C. to study musical theatre. She moved to NYC where she auditioned, continued training, and started booking professional work. She has been on a national tour, worked at regional theaters throughout the country, written and toured an award winning one woman show Sing, Bibi, Sing!, been featured in commercials, Film, and TV. She has been teaching and coaching for 10 years and loves fostering young creatives. She feels that her students make her a more aware and engaged performer and is grateful to have her passions so intertwined. Her students have been featured in Broadway shows, Commercials, Television, and regionally. She is a firm believer that arts education is important for everyone, not just those who want a professional career in the field. She is a certified yoga instructor and weaves wellness into the basis of all her classes. All of her classes are meant for anyone who has an affinity to learn and grow as a person first and foremost.
